Data Disclaimer
Last updated: June 2026 · Phase 1 draft
Alpine DataWorks provides intelligence objects for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Alpine DataWorks is not liable for any decisions made based on the data provided. Users are responsible for verifying data accuracy for critical applications.
1. Nature of Intelligence Objects
Alpine DataWorks manufactures pre-computed intelligence objects derived from publicly available sources, including federal statistical releases, regulatory filings, and licensed data feeds. These objects are designed to surface structured, explainable signals — not to replace professional judgment. Every output carries a confidence level and a freshness timestamp; neither constitutes a guarantee of accuracy.
2. Not Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing produced by Alpine DataWorks — including but not limited to pricing-power scores, wallet-share estimates, demand signals, or categorical risk assessments — constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or securities analysis within the meaning of applicable securities laws. These outputs must not be construed as a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any security or asset.
If you are building financial applications, you are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate regulatory approvals and for ensuring that downstream use of our data complies with all applicable rules.
3. Not Legal Advice
Nothing produced by Alpine DataWorks constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Compliance-related signals or risk ratings are informational in nature and do not substitute for review by qualified legal counsel.
4. Data Accuracy and Latency
Intelligence objects are refreshed on the cadence disclosed in each product's schema (typically daily or weekly). Source data may be revised by the originating agency after our ingestion. Alpine DataWorks makes commercially reasonable efforts to detect and propagate revisions, but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Users relying on outputs for critical decisions — including pricing, risk management, or regulatory reporting — are responsible for independent verification.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpine DataWorks and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from reliance on intelligence objects or any decisions made based on data provided through the Services. This limitation applies even if Alpine DataWorks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Third-Party Source Data
Some intelligence objects incorporate data from third-party providers, including government agencies and licensed commercial feeds. Alpine DataWorks cannot warrant the accuracy or completeness of source data. Where source licensing imposes additional restrictions on use or redistribution, those restrictions flow through to the intelligence objects derived from that source and are documented in the product schema.
7. No Endorsement
Mention of any company, index, product, or market segment in an Alpine DataWorks intelligence object does not constitute an endorsement. Scores and signals reflect computational outputs, not editorial opinions.
